How to change a Status of an Order.

Follow

Step 1 

Click on Orders.

 

Step 2 

Click on Manage Orders. 

 

Step 3

It will now display all of your orders. Find the order you want to change the status of and click on actions on the right hand side of the screen. 

 

Step 4

It will now give you a list of options to choose from, click on the option that you want to change the status to. For example if the item has been picked click on Mark as Picked.  

 

Step 5 

When you have selected that the order has been picked the icon for Picked will light up green. And if you click on Actions again you will now have the option to Mark as Shipped. 

 

Step 6 

When you have selected that the order has been shipped the icon for Mark as Shipped will light up green. And if you click on Actions again you will now have the option to Mark as Completed and click that when the order has been completed. 

 

Finished!  

When you have selected that the order has been completed the icon for completed will light up green. And congratulations you have successfully adjusted the order status.
