What is Live Inventory?
Live Inventory will determine if Expandly updates your product stock levels across your different sales channel listings. If enabled, this functionality allows you to accurately manage your quantities across your multiple channels, as inventory levels will be updated automatically across all listings associated with the product(s), once an order is downloaded into Expandly.
Configuring your Live Inventory settings
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then General Settings:
2. On your General Settings page, and within the Store Settings section, select from the following Live Inventory options:
On - Expandly will automatically update product quantities across your sales channels, based on listing ID, SKU and/or title
Off - Expandly will not update product quantities on your sales channels, but it will still update stock quantities on Expandly itself.
3. Once you are happy with your changes, click (top right)
Please Note: We would recommend switching Live Inventory 'Off' during your setup period to ensure that you do not face any issues with Expandly reducing stock until you are ready to fully transition over
