Overview

In this guide we will explain how to add, edit and remove users from your Expandly account 

 

Adding Users

1.  Select Settings (left menu) and then Users, to manage users and permissions:

2. On the Manage Users page, click mceclip3.png (top right)

3. Complete the mandatory user’s details including Username/Email, Password and First & Last Name information:

4. Press the Plus icon mceclip6.png, to Add Permissions and define the user's role access within Expandly.

There are 5 different roles available to choose from (Admin, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Listings & Products and Custom) and once the role has been selected, this will then open the User Permissions page, for you to further define what elements of Expandly you would like the user to have access to, and what type of access that is (View, Add, Edit and Delete). You are able to customise the levels of access you are providing to users to best suit your needs:

5. Once user roles have been added, click mceclip9.png to define role access

6. Click mceclip10.png (top right) to save user on Expandly. The user will then receive an email with their details to log in

 

Editing Users

1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Users, to manage users and permissions

2. On the Manage Users page, find the user you want to amend and click the edit icon mceclip12.png

3. Once the necessary changes have been made to the user/role permissions, click mceclip11.png

 

Locking/Unlocking Users

1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Users, to manage users and permissions

2. On the Manage Users page, find the user you want to Lock/Unlock and click the padlock icon mceclip9.pngmceclip10.pngto action this 

 

Deleting Users

1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Users, to manage users and permissions

2. On the Manage Users page, find the user you want to want to delete and click on the delete icon mceclip11.pngto action this
