Overview

In this guide, we will show you how you can postpone, or cancel, your Expandly subscription.

 

Before cancelling

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. There are times however, where a little extra guidance, support or training is all that is needed to get Expandly doing what you want need it to - which let's face it, is saving you time and making your workload and life easier!

Postponing your account

Instead of cancelling your Expandly account, which will mean you lose all data and account setup, simply Postpone your account, at a discounted rate, until you are ready to use Expandly again.

1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing:

3. Click mceclip2.png

4. Chose the Postpone account you wish you purchase and click mceclip3.png

5. From here you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions. Once agreed click mceclip4.png

6. Confirm your payment details on the next screen and then click mceclip5.png to complete

Cancelling your subscription

1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing.

2. Click mceclip6.png (top right)

3. Click mceclip7.png

4. On the Cancel Subscription page, please provide as much feedback as you can regarding your reasons for cancelling, what we did well and if there is anything we can do that could make you come back in the future.

6. Your cancellation request will then be sent on to the Billing Team here at Expandly, who will process the cancellation for you.

    Good morning Peter,

    Thank you for your feedback. On investigation, the unsubscribe process did not work for you as you were not on an up-to-date payment method and therefore the process did not link into the method in which you were still paying on, which was discontinued circa 2018.

    We can see that you have now cancelled via Paypal directly however should you wish to discuss further, please email the Team on support@expandly.com
