Overview

Easily manage your sales channels directly from Expandly's manage sales channel page, including adding, removing and mapping order status.

Steps

1. Click Configuration (left menu) and then Manage Sales Channels Expandly_-_Manage_Sales_Channels.png 

2. Here you can see an overview of your sales channels

1. On the Manage Sales Channel page, click Add Sales Channel (top right)

2.  Select the sales channel you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions - alternatively, for more detailed guidance, use one of our below guides:

Adding Amazon to Expandly

Adding eBay to Expandly

1. On the Manage Sales Channel page, find the sales channel you want to view

2.  Click the eye icon Eye_icon.PNG to see a pop-up with more details 

1. On the Manage Sales Channel page, find the sales channel you want to remove, click the eye icon Eye_icon.PNG

2.  On the pop-up, click the red trash can Trash_can.PNG and confirm that you want to delete

3. If the red trashcan icon doesn't appear, you might need to remove the associated listings from Expandly and archive any associated sales orders first

1. On the Manage Sales Channel page, find the sales channel you want to map order statuses for and click the eye icon Eye_icon.PNG

2. On the pop-up click the map order status icon Map_Order_Status.PNG - NB you only need to map order statuses for shopping carts, not marketplaces

3. Map the order statuses as wished
