Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to connect your Amazon account to Expandly, which will allow you to manage your Amazon products & variations, listings, sales orders and stock levels.
Adding Amazon to Expandly
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Sales Channels:
2. Click (top right) and then click on the Amazon logo
3. Click and confirm:
Account name - the name you'll use to identify this account in Expandly (if you have multiple Amazon accounts to add to Expandly, we would recommend making the Account Names unique, so you can easily differentiate between the accounts within the platform)
Region - the region(s) where the account is registered
Merge Setting - this will determine how you want to merge your products in Expandly, when importing from Amazon
Image Merge - this will determine whether images will be merged based on the URL, to avoid duplicated images on products within Expandly
Registered to Amazon Business - select if you're registered for Amazon Business
Registered for FBA - select if you're registered for Fulfilment by Amazon

Authorising Expandly in Amazon Seller Central
1. Sign in to your Amazon Seller Central to be taken to the user permissions page
2. Scroll to the bottom and click
3. On the Manger you apps page, click and enter the following details and then click
Developer's Name - Expandly
Developer ID - European Sellers: 8772-3156-2191 / US & Canadian Sellers: 5406-6998-6778
4. On the Amazon MWS confirmation page, click to confirm that you accept the Amazon MWS License Agreement and authorise Expandly to access your Amazon seller account
5. On the Congratulations page, make a note of the Seller ID code and MWS Authorisation Token - You will need these details later
Confirming your Amazon account on Expandly
1. Enter the Seller ID and MWS Authorisation Token and click
2. Congratulations! Your Amazon account is now connected to Expandly
