In this guide, we will show you how to add Custom Stores to your Expandly Account.
What is a Custom Store?
In instances where you have a brick & mortar store, or accept email or telephone orders, you may wish to create a Custom Store on Expandly to allow you to manage these orders alongside your online orders.
This may be beneficial if you require inventory management across your online and offline orders, can help streamline your order process and also allows you to easily send these manual orders across to Xero too.
Adding your Custom Store to Expandly
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Sales Channels:
2. Click (top right)
3. Scroll down to the 'Other' section and click
4. Enter than name of your Custom Channel and then click
5. Congratulations! Your Custom Store has now been created on Expandly
