View, manage and process your sales orders directly in Expandly.

Steps
If you’re using a shopping cart, you’ll need to map order statuses first, in the Manage Sales Channel page (for more details instruction on how click here)
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and Manage Sales Orders
2. From the Manage Sales Orders page, you can:
Download sales orders - by clicking the Manual Import button (top right) - this happens automatically every 15 minutes
Search sales orders - by using the filtering options (top left)
View sales orders - view information at a glance including sales channel, order number, customer name and country, SKU, product name, quantity ordered and remaining stock, order date and sale price
View order status - see the order status to the right of each order (paid for, picked, shipping label printed, shipped, complete)
To update the sales order status:
1. Find the sales order you want to update
2. Click Actions (right side) and select Mark as picked, shipped, returned or cancelled
To edit the sales order:
1. Find the sales order you want to edit
2. Click Actions (right side) and select Edit
To put a sales order on hold:
1. Find the sales order you want to put on hold
2. Click Mark as on hold (right side) - you'll notice a pause icon in the order status area
3. Click Mark as not on hold (right side) - when ready
To add tracking details to an order:
1. Find the sales order you want to add tracking details to
2. Click Actions (right side) and select Add Tracking Details
To print shipping labels:
1. Find the sales order you want to print the shipping label for
2. Click Actions (right side) and select Print Shipping Label
Archiving
1. Find the sales order you want to archive on the Manage Sales Order page
2. Click Actions (right side) and select Archive Order and then Ok
Viewing archived sales orders
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Archived Sales Orders
2. To view more detailed information click Actions (right side) and select View
Un-archiving sales orders
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Archived Sales Orders
2. Find the sales order you want to un-archive and click Actions (right side) and select Redo
1. Select the sales orders you want to perform bulk actions to using the tick boxes to the left and using the orange button to the top, select the appropriate bulk action:
Order Status - bulk update order statuses.
Bulk Actions - bulk print invoices or picklists, export to CSV, upload to Xero or archive.
Shipping - bulk print shipping labels, send orders to FBA, import/export tracking details to CSV or import/export to Royal Mail.
