Overview
In this guide, we will explain how to send purchase orders from Expandly, directly to your Xero account.
Before you start
You will need to create Purchase Orders within Expandly before sending these over to Xero. Click here for instructions.
Sending a Purchase Order to Xero
1. Click Purchase Orders (left menu) and then Manage Purchase Orders
2. On the Manage Purchase Orders page, using the filters (top left), find and select the purchase order you want to send to Xero
3. Click and then click
4. The order will then be in a queue to send to Xero. Please check progress in 10-15 minutes.
5. Once Purchase Orders have been sent across to Xero successfully, you can view these via your Business>Purchase Order page within Xero:
Sending Purchase Orders to Xero in bulk
1. Click Purchase Orders (left menu) and then Manage Purchase Orders
2. On the Manage Purchase Orders page, using the filters (top left), find and select the purchase orders you want to send to Xero:

4. The orders will then be in a queue to send to Xero. Please check progress in 10-15 minutes.
