Before downloading sales orders, you’ll need to map order statuses for any shopping carts that you use.
When adding a shopping cart to Expandly, you'll be prompted to map the order statuses at the end of the process.
Expandly will pull in the current order statuses from your shopping cart, all you need to do is select a corresponding order status on Expandly and then click Save:
To edit the mapped order statuses after adding your shopping cart, simply: 1. Head to the Manage Sales Channel Page (Left-hand menu > Cognifuration > Manage Sales Channels).

4. Edit the mapped order statuses on the popup screen and then click Save.
Note, each order status must be matched at least once, and each pair should be unique
