Before downloading sales orders, you’ll need to map order statuses for any shopping carts that you use.
1. Click Configuration (left menu) and then Manage Sales Channels
2. Locate the shopping cart you want to map the order statuses for
1. Find the shopping cart you want to map the order statuses for on the Manage Sales Channel page
2. Click the eye icon (right side)
3. On the Store Details pop-up, click the paper icon (right side)
4. On the Map Order Status pop-up, match the Local Order Status(what will appear in Expandly) with the Shopping Cart Order Status
Note, each order status must be matched at least once, and each pair should be unique
5. Once finished, click Save (bottom right)
