Overview

Add and edit product stock in Expandly

Steps

1. Click Products & Listings (left menu) and then Manage Products

2. Here you can see an overview of your products

1. From the Manage Products page, click Quantity Update (top right) Expandly_-_Quanitity_update.png and select Stock In

2. On the Stock In page, find the product you want to update using the search box and the magnifying glass

3. Enter the quantity you want to add in the Quantity box (right) (n.b. this will be added to the existing quantity) and click Save to update your products

1. From the Manage Products page, click Quantity Update (top right) Expandly_-_Quanitity_update.png and select Stock Take

2. On the Stock Take page, find the product you want to update using the search box and the magnifying glass

3. Enter the quantity you want to change to the Quantity box (right) (n.b. this will override the existing quantity) and click Save to update your products

1. From the Manage Products page, click Quantity Update (top right) Expandly_-_Quanitity_update.png and select Stock Take

2. On the Stock Take page, scroll to the bottom to download a sample CSV file by clicking the Sample File button (top right) Expandly_-_Sample_file.png 

3. Open the downloaded file in Excel (or any other spreadsheet software)

4. The spreadsheet contains an example product, highlighting which fields must be completed

5. Complete the relevant information for your products and save the file to your computer

6. Drag and drop your spreadsheet into the Drop Zone, or manually select the file by clicking Choose File Add_CSV.PNG

7. Click the green Upload button Expandly_-_upload.png and wait for confirmation that the upload was successful
