Overview
Mark orders as shipped and add tracking details to Expandly to update your sales channels and customers.

Steps
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Manage Sales Orders
2. Locate the sales order(s) using the filters (top left)
3. Click Actions (right side) and select Mark as shipped
1. Find the order and click Actions (right side) and select Add tracking details
Note that this option only appears once the order is marked as shipped
2. Enter the tracking details to update your sales channel and customer
1. Select the orders you want to update by ticking the boxes to the left, or bulk selecting
2. Click the Shipping button (top) and select Export tracking details to CSV. A spreadsheet should now download
3. Open the downloaded spreadsheet and add the tracking details in the Tracking Number column - once finished, save
4. Back on the Manage Sales Orders page, click the Shipping button (top) again, and this time select Import tracking details from CSV
.
Expandly will now start updating your orders and sales channels with these tracking details.Find the order and click Actions (right side) and select Add tracking details
Note that this option only appears once the order is marked as shipped
