Overview

Add custom stores to your Expandly account to include orders from bricks and mortar stores, email, telephone and other

Steps

1. Select Configuration (left menu) and then Manage Sales Channels

2. Click Add Sales Channel (top right) Expandly_-_Add_Sales_channels.png and select View all Sales Channels

3. Scroll down to Other, select the custom store you want to add and complete the following steps

1. Select the Store icon (under the Other section in Add Sales Channel)

2. Enter the name for your store and click Save

3. You will now be able add store orders

1. Select the email icon (under the Other section in Add Sales Channel)

2. Enter the name for your email store and click Save

3. You will now be able add email orders

1. Select the telephone icon (under the Other section in Add Sales Channel)

2. Enter the name for your telephone store and click Save

3. You will now be able add telephone orders

1. Select the other icon (under the Other section in Add Sales Channel)

2. Enter the name for your store and click Save

3. You will now be able add orders for this store
