Overview

Integrate your Expandly account directly with Royal Mail to print shipping labels and your Royal Mail manifest.

Steps

1. On the Manage Shipping Services Page, click Start Shipping Expandly_-_Start_shipping.png under Direct Integrations

2. Select the Royal Mail logo

3. Complete your company and personal details as they appear on your Royal Mail account

4. At the bottom of the page, select the services that you want to appear in Expandly

5. To finish, click Save - we will then confirm your details with Royal Mail, which can take up to two working days.

Once connected, you will receive a confirmation email.

1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Manage Sales Orders

2. From the Manage Sales Orders page, find and select the order(s) you want to print the shipping label(s) for by using the filter options and selecting by ticking the box (right side)

3. Once selected, click Print (top right) Expandly_-_Print.png and select Print Shipping Labels

4. Select your carrier

5. Enter the required details and then click Generate Labels 

6. Your shipping label(s) will now print

1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Manage Sales Orders

2. Select the orders(s) you want to create the shipping manifest for by ticking the boxes on the right

3. Click Manifest (top right)

*Note* You must print your Royal Mail shipping manifest by 23:30, otherwise your shipping labels will not be valid.
