Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to add your shipping carriers in Expandly.
Adding a shipping carrier - direct integration
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Shipping:
2. On your Manage Shipping Services page, click (top right).
3. On your Add Shipping Service page, within the Direct section, select the shipping carrier you want to directly integrate with:
4. Dependant on the carrier selected, complete all required information and click
5. Your request will then be sent to our Support Team, to set up the integration with your selected carrier. You will be notified once the connection is set up and you are ready to start shipping on Expandly.
Adding a shipping carrier - via CSV export
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Shipping:
2. On your Manage Shipping Services page, click (top right).
3. On your Add Shipping Service page, within the CSV Export section, select the shipping carrier you want to integrate with via CSV:
4. Once selected, the shipping carrier CSV will be enabled on your account and you will be able to export your orders, using this CSV file. This can be done via Manage Sales Orders>Bulk Actions>Export Orders to CSV, where the CSV template will be available to select:
Adding a shipping carrier - via easypost
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Shipping:
2. On your Manage Shipping Services page, click (top right).
3. On your Add Shipping Service page, within the Via Third Party - Easypost section, click
4. On the easypost page, click or
depending on whether you have an eaypost account.
5. Enter your Account Name and API Key and click
6. Once your easypost account has been connected, any carrier accounts and shipping services you have added to your easypost account, will be available to select from when generating and printing labels on your Manage Sales Orders page.
