Overview
In order to list to eBay successfully via Expandly, you will be required to apply a Shipping Template to your product(s). In this guide we will show you how to create and manage, eBay Shipping Templates on Expandly.
Creating an eBay Shipping Template
1. Click Products & Listings (left menu)> Ebay> Manage Shipping Template
2. Click (top right)
3. On your Add Ebay Shipping Template page, on the Shipping Details & Payment Methods tab, complete the following information:
- Marketplace - the country the account is registered to
- Shipping Preset Name - the template name you'll see in Expandly
- Shipping information - including dispatch time, shipping type (selecting Flat allows you to select specific services such as Royal Mail 24), international locations, shipping mode (free or customer value), cost, additional item cost, additional services and item location
- Payment Methods - payment methods you will be accepting - please note that if ticking PayPal accepted, you must also provide your paypal email address
4. On the Return Policy & Listing Upgrade tab, complete the following information:
- Domestic and International Return Policies
- Listing Upgrades - these are at an additional, non-refundable, cost from eBay
5. Once completed, click (top right)
Editing an eBay Shipping Template
1. Click Products & Listings (left menu)> Ebay> Manage Shipping Template
2. On your eBay Shipping Template page, find the template you wish to amend and click the editicon
3. Make the required template changes and once finished, click (top right)
Deleting a eBay Shipping Template
1. Click Products & Listings (left menu)> Ebay> Manage Shipping Template
2. On your eBay Shipping Template page, find the template you wish to delete and click the deleteicon
3. Confirm your action, by clicking
