Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to add Royal Mail PPI (printed postage impression) images to Expandly, which can then be added to an invoice template, and printed when shipping your orders.
Adding Royal Mail PPI images to Expandly
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Shipping
2. On the Manage Shipping Services page, click (top right).
3. On the Upload RoyalMail Images page, either drag the PPI image to the drop zone or Choose File. Once done click to add this to Expandly:
Deleting Royal Mail PPI images from Expandly
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Shipping
2. On the Manage Shipping Services page, click (top right).
3. On the Upload RoyalMail Images page, find the image you wish to remove from Expandly and click
Adding Royal Mail PPI images to your invoice
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Template Designer
2. Find the invoice you wish to add the PPI image to and click the edit icon
Please Note: If you have not yet created any custom invoice template on your Expandly account, you will need to create a copy of the Invoice (default) template to create an editable version.
3. From the Keywords section on the left hand side of the page, click the RoyalMailPPIImage keyword and then select the PPI image you wish to include on the template:
4. Click (top right) to save the template changes.
The PPI image will then be added on the invoice template for you and you can print your orders using this PPI invoice template via Manage Sales Orders>Bulk Actions>Print Invoice>Print:
