In this guide, we will show you how to manage our approved 3PL - Synergy Retail Support - to Expandly.
Adding a 3PL to Expandly - Synergy Retail Support
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click 3PL:
2. On the 3PL page, click (top right)
3. On the 3PL Partners page, click on the logo of your 3PL, in this case Synergy Retail Support:
4. On the Connecting Synergy to Expandly pop-up if you are;
An existing customer - complete the form, tick the "already a customer" box, enter your Synergy Account Number and click to finish the process.
Not an existing customer - complete the form, ensure that the "already a customer" box is unticked and click - Synergy will then contact you directly about becoming a customer.
Editing a 3PL
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click 3PL
2. Click the edit icon.
3. On the Add Default Shipping Method pop-up select the default shipping method from the drop-down:

5. Should you wish to change the default shipping method, please follow steps above to action this.
Marking all orders as 3PL
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click 3PL
2. On the 3PL page, switch the Mark all orders as 3PL from to
Removing a 3PL
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click 3PL
2. Click the delete icon to remove the 3PL connection.
