In this guide, we will show you how to start your 14-day free trial with Expandly. 

What is Expandly?

Expandly is the all-in-one solution for e-commerce retailers to easily connect, manage and automate listing, inventory, orders, shipping and accounting, across their multiple online selling platforms or stores. We make it easy for you to connect so you can focus on growing your business. 

Starting a trial with us could not be easier, for a number of reasons:

  •  You can get started straight away - our set up wizard allows you to rapidly on-board however you do have access to our UK Support Team, should you require any assistance or if you have any questions or queries. 
  •  We do not ask you for credit card details during the trial period, allowing you to fully test the platform meets your needs prior to subscribing. 
  • You can cancel at anytime. 

Starting a free trial with Expandly

1. Visit https://expandly.com

2. Click mceclip0.png (top right)

3. On the Create Account page, fill in details required to start your trial. These include:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address - this will be the email address that you want to use when logging in to your Expandly account
  • Password - this will be the password that you want to use when logging in to your Expandly account and must contain a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number, one uppercase and one lowercase. 
  • Trial Type - there are 2 different trial types to choose from: Regular and Accounting Only. Please select Accounting if you wish to use Expandly for our Xero connection only. If you are hoping to use Expandly for any other functionality, such as Inventory, Listing, Sales Order Management, please select to start a Regular Trial.

5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and then click mceclip4.png


6. Once your account has been created, please provide us with a few details, to allow us to tailor your experience. Information we request includes:

  • Country
  • Currency
  • Timezone
  • Your Business Name
  • Turnover
  • Your website URL
  • What key features you are interested in using Expandly for


7. Once all additional information has been added, click mceclip6.png

8. Congratulations! You Expandly account has now been created - You will be redirect to log in, using the email address and password provided when creating the account, where you will be entered into the Set- up wizard to get started:
