Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to manually add location information to your products, which can then be used to simplify your picking and sales order management process.
Adding location information individually
1. Click Products and Listings and then click Manage Products:
2. On your Manage Products page, find the product you wish to add a location to, by using the available search bar or filters and then click edit :
3. On the Editing Product page, add the Location details to the Location field. Once done, click Save and then from the drop-down, select the Save option to update the location details within Expandly:
Adding location information to your products in bulk
1. Click Products & Listings and then click Manage Products:
2. On your Manage Products page, find the product(s) you wish to add a location to, by using the available search bar or filters and then click select by using the left-hand tick box:
3. Click Bulk Actions (top right) and then from the drop-down, select Edit:
4. On the Bulk Edit pop-up, select the Location field to edit. Add the location details you wish to add to the selected product(s) and then click :
5. On the Please confirm your action pop-up, click and this will save the location information on the product(s) in Expandly only and will not attempt to revise listings associated to the product(s):
