Amazon Orders - Missing Customer Details and Address Information

Good morning All, 

We are currently aware of an issue which is affecting Amazon Users. As of 25/09, Amazon have stopped sending over Customer Details and Full Address Information with their Orders. As a result of this, this information is currently missing from Sales Orders which are imported to Expandly. 

We are aware of the affect that this has on our Customers and are trying to get this resolved ASAP. The issue has been raised with Amazon Support and we are currently awaiting a response from them in regards to this issue. 

As soon as we have any further updates, these will be shared.

Goof Afternoon All, 

 

This issue is now fully resolved and Amazon are once again providing customer details and data with all their orders, including Amazon FBA. 

The issue occurred due to a change in Amazon Policy, which we were not made aware of. Following us being alerted to the issue, we provided Amazon with all required documentation to prove that we cover their requirements and approval was granted for us to once again receive customer data alongside their orders. 

We apologise to anyone who was affected by the issue and thank you all for your patience during this time.
