Adding and Managing Currencies in Expandly
Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to activate and manage different currencies in Expandly, will you can then use and select from, when creating manual sales orders on the account.
Activating Currencies in Expandly
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Currencies:
2. On your Currency page, you will see a list of currencies - to search for a specific currency you wish to activate, use the Advanced Search bar at the top left:
3. Using the toggle within the Active column, simply switch from

to activate the currency on Expandly:
Viewing Currencies in Expandly
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Currencies.
2. On your Currency page, you will see a full list of currencies. Any currencies currently activated on the account will show the icon within the Active column:
Deactivating Currencies in Expandly
1. If you no longer wish to use a currency, select Settings (left menu) and then Currencies.
2. On your Currency page, you will see a list of currencies - to search for a specific currency you wish to deactivate, use the Advanced Search bar at the top left:
3. Using the toggle within the Active column, simply switch from to to deactivate the currency on Expandly:
