Adding and managing your default weight and dimension units in Expandly
Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to set up your default weight and dimension measurement units within your Expandly account.
Adding default weight and dimension units
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then General Settings:
2. On your General Settings page, and within the Store Settings section, select from the drop downs, your preferred default weight unit and dimensions:
3. Once you are happy with your changes, click 
(top right)
4. Once your default weight unit and dimensions have been added to Expandly, these will be the measurement options shown when creating/editing products or when you view/edit sales orders. These are non-editable so should you wish to add different weight unit/dimension information to your products/sales orders, you will be required to amend the default settings on your account.
Also, when you import your products & listings from your sales channels, if the products have either weight or dimension information provided in the xml, we will import this value to Expandly and will do a calculation to convert the unit of measurement to the correct value, based on the default unit preferences, as set on your General Settings page.
Amending default weight and dimension units
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then General Settings.
2. On your General Settings page, and within the Store Settings section, select from the drop downs, your preferred default weight unit and dimensions.
3. Once you are happy with your changes, click (top right).
