Adding Products to your Expandly Portal

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to add manual products to your Expandly account.

Manual product uploads may be required at various stages of your expansion journey — from initial label checks and Responsible Person (RP) documentation uploads, to ongoing 3PL and warehouse support.

Uploading Products to Expandly

1. Access your account via the Expandly Client Portal. 
2. From the navigation pane, click Products.
 

3. Click Add Product>Add Manually:

4. On the Add Product page, fill in all mandatory fields.

At a minimum, this will include:

1. Product Title
   

1. SKU
   

The more information you provide, the better we can support your product setup.

Please Note: If you are using Expandly for 3PL services, our Warehouse Management System (WMS) will also need to be updated. Warehouse Teams require more detailed product information so please Contact Us to obtain the relevant Product Upload Template.

5. Once the Product details have been added, click Save>Save:

6. After creation, your products will be visible on the Product page and can be associated with:

1. Labels
2. Responsible Person (RP) records
3. ASNs
4. Orders
