Cancelling Expandly Services
Overview
We understand that there may be times when you choose not to continue with your Expandly service or renew for a further year.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your decision with you, to better understand your requirements and explore whether there are alternative options we can support you with.
If you would like to speak with a member of the team, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a call.
If you have already made the decision to cancel, please follow the steps outlined below.
Expandly services are provided under a contractual agreement.
If you choose to cancel your service(s) during the active contract term, you will remain liable for any outstanding balance for the remainder of the agreement.
Payment options include:

Continuing with monthly payments until the contract term ends, or
-
Requesting a final invoice to settle the remaining balance in full
Please refer to your signed agreement for full details, or contact us if you require a copy.
How to cancel your service
Notify Expandly
Contact the Expandly team to confirm your intention to cancel your service(s). A member of the team will be in touch to discuss your request.
Complete Amendment Form
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an Amendment Form via email. Please complete and return this form.
Certain services (such as VAT registrations) may include deregistration fees.
These fees must be settled before we can complete deregistration with the relevant authorities.
Cancellation Processing
Upon receipt of the completed form, Expandly will proceed with cancelling your service(s).
Our Finance Team will also stop any future invoicing to prevent further charges.
Please Note:Certain services (such as VAT registrations) may include deregistration fees.
