Choosing and Amending your Expandly subscription
Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to easily choose or amend your Expandly subscription, to benefit from features and allowances within your account.
Choosing your subscription
1. Either click (top centre) or select Settings (left menu) and then Billing:
2. On the Billing page, you will see the different Expandly packages that are available. Select the Currency, Frequency, Minimum Period and Package that you wish to purchase and click
3. From here you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions. Once agreed click :
4. Confirm your payment details on the next screen and then click to complete:

Amending your subscription
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing
2. On the Billing page, you will see the different Expandly packages that are available. Select the Currency, Frequency, Minimum Period and Package that you want to update to and click
3. From here you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions. Once agreed click
4. Confirm your payment details on the next screen and then click to complete.

Additional purchases
Training
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing
2. Select the number of Training Hours your require and click :
3. Confirm your payment details on the next screen and then click to complete
4. Once payment has been made, a member of the Expandly Team will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for the Training to be carried out.
Request Add-on Features
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing
2. Request Add-on features by clicking
3. Once the request has been made, a member of the Expandly Team will be in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail and update your account to include the add-on features required
Request Setup
1. Select Settings (left menu) and then Billing
2. Request Setup by clicking
3. Once the request has been made, a member of the Expandly Team will be in touch to discuss your setup requirements in more detail
