Ending Listings

Overview

In this guide, we will show you how to end your sales channel listings, via Expandly. 

Ending Listings via the Listings Overview page

Should you wish to end listings across multiple sales channels, for your SKUs, we would recommend using this option. 

1. Click Products & Listings (left menu) and then click Listings Overview:

2. On your Listings Overview page, find the listings you wish to end by using the search bar or filters available and then select by clicking the tick box. Should you wish to select multiple SKUs in bulk, simply click the button instead: 

3. Once SKUs have been selected, click Bulk Actions (top right) and then select 'End List' from the drop-down:

Ending Listings via the Manage Listings page

Every channel account you connect up to Expandly will have its own Manage Listings page. Should you wish to end multiple listings from one particular channel/account, we would recommend using this option.

1. Click Products & Listings (left menu) and then click Manage Listings:

2. On your Manage Listings page, select the channel account that you wish to end the listings on:

3. Find the listings you wish to end by using the search bar or filters available and then select by clicking the tick box. Should you wish to select multiple SKUs in bulk, simply click the tick box within the headers column instead: 

4. Once SKUs have been selected, click Bulk Actions (top right) and then select 'End List' from the drop-down:

5. Should you wish to end certain listings, and do not need to do this in bulk, you also have the option to end the listings via the within the Actions column.
