EPR - Completing the German (DE) WEEE POA
Overview
In this guide, we will explain how to correctly complete the Power of Attorney (POA) required in order to proceed with your German WEEE application.
Completing the DE WEEE POA
1. Expandly will send a copy of the POA once all required documentation has been received and your German WEEE application has been submitted to the authorities. This consists of 14 pages however you will only need to complete page 9:
2. Please print all 14x pages of the POA and on Page 14, the director must:
• Date and place
• Full name and surname of the legal representative
• Signature and position within the company (in this case, add “Director”)
• Full name and surname of the legal representative
• Signature and position within the company (in this case, add “Director”)
Please Note: this must all be written by hand in wet ink.
3. Please take a photocopy of the complete document and send the POA back to Expandly as 1x PDF file (with all pages of the POA included)
4. Once complete, please return the signed POA to Expandly, and we will forward it to the German authorities on your behalf.
