In this guide, we’ll walk you through the documentation required to register your company for EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility). Whether you're registering in Germany, France, Spain, or other compliant regions, gathering the correct documents is the first step toward EPR compliance.

Standard Documentation

To begin your EPR registration, you’ll need to provide:

  • 📘 Director’s Passport

  • 🏢 Certificate of Incorporation

  • 📄 Articles of Association

  • 🧾 EIN Letter / Tax Form (W9 or T2 are commonly accepted)

  • 📝 Completed Application Form (provided by us)

  • 📊 Forecast Spreadsheet (your estimated packaging or product volumes)

  • 🏷️ Confirmation of Brands

  • ✍️ Power of Attorney (POA)

    • We’ll provide the POA after reviewing your initial documents

    • Must be hand-signed by the company director

  • 📦 Estimated Units per Market

  • 🔗 Product Links (e.g., Amazon, eBay listings)

  • ⚖️ Product Weight (especially for WEEE and batteries)

Submission and Approval process

1. Submit all required documentation
2. We'll review and validate your submission
3. Once everything is approved, we’ll send you a Power of Attorney (POA)
4. After the POA is returned and signed, we will submit your application to the relevant authorities
5. Once your application is approved, your EPR Number will be issued
6. We’ll notify you immediately and share the number with you
