How to register on TRACES NT - EUDR

Step-by-Step Guide to Register on TRACES NT

1. Access TRACES NT - this can be done by visiting the official portal:

2. Create an EU Login Account
If you don’t already have one:
- Click “Create an account”
- Fill in your personal details (name, email, password)
- Confirm your email via the link sent to your inbox
3. Log into TRACES NT
4. Use your new EU Login credentials to access the TRACES NT dashboard.
5. Request Access as an Operator
6. Select your role (e.g., Operator, Trader, Authority)
7. Choose the relevant module (e.g., EUDR, CVED, CHED, etc.)
8. Fill in your company details:
- Company name
- Address
- EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification)
- Contact person details
9. Wait for Approval

Your request will be reviewed by the local competent authority. Once approved, you’ll be able to submit forms like the Due Diligence Statement (DDS) for EUDR compliance.
