What needs to be provided, to complete a Product Label Translation?

In this guide, we will outline what we require from you, in order to proceed with translations for your products labels.

What will Expandly need, to proceed with translating my product labels?
To proceed with your label translations, we will need:
- An editable word document to be provided
- On the editable document, this should include only the words that you need to be translated
- Confirmation of what language(s), the document needs to be translated into
If you are unsure if label translations are included within your plan, please get in touch and we can look in to this for you. If not, this service can be purchased for an additional charge.
What is the lead-time for translations to be completed?
Product label translations on average take 3-5 working days to complete. Once done, your translated document will be shared via email with you, via the On Boarding Team.
