Managing your reports on Expandly

Managing your reports on Expandly

Overview

In this guide, we will show you how to run, edit and delete reports within your Expandly account. 

Running Reports

1. Click Reporting (left menu) and then Manage Reports:

2. On your Reports page, find the report you wish to run and click the mceclip0.png icon (within the Run column) 

3. Once your report results have been returned, select how you wish to export the data using the drop-downs:

Export Current Page - this will export the data shown on that particular page

Export All - this will export the whole report

4. Once complete, you will receive the following notification mceclip2.png and the report will be available for you to download.

Editing Reports

1. Click Reporting (left menu) and then Manage Reports 

2. On your Reports page, you will be able to view any reports that have been created on Expandly. Find the report you wish to make changes to and click the edit mceclip3.png icon

3. Make the necessary changes to your report by dragging and dropping keywords to the relevant report sections. Once done, click mceclip4.png (top right).

Copying Reports

1. Click Reporting (left menu) and then Manage Reports 

2. On your Reports page, you will be able to view any reports that have been created on Expandly. Find the report you wish to copy and click the copy mceclip5.png icon

3. Add the Report Name to the Copy Report pop up and once done, click mceclip4.png (top right)

4. The copied report will then be available to view/run on your Manage Reports page.

Deleting Reports 

1. Click Reporting (left menu) and then Manage Reports 

2. On your Reports page, you will be able to view any reports that have been created on Expandly. Find the report you wish to delete and click the delete mceclip7.png icon

3. Confirm your action by clicking mceclip9.png

4. Once deleted, you will receive the following notification mceclip10.png to make you aware that the report has been removed.
