Manually Importing Sales Orders to Expandly
Overview
There may be occasions where you wish to manually import sales order data to Expandly - This may be required if you wish to see historical sales channel order data within Expandly for example. In this guide, we will explain how to import historical order data into your Expandly account.
Before you start
Before attempting to import historical order data to Expandly, you will first be required to add the Sales Channels to you account. Please click here for detailed instructions on how to add different sales channels to your account.
Manually importing Sales Orders
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu) and then Manage Sales Orders
2. On your Manage Sales Orders page, click 
(top right) and select the sales channel you wish to import orders from
3. From the drop-down boxes, select the Account Name, From Date & To Date and Order Status you wish to import and then click 
4. You request will then be added to a queue and orders should appear within your Expandly account within 10-15 minutes.
