As you may have seen following a number of different communications that have been sent, we have recently had a rebrand, and off of the back of this, all active services previously serviced by Global E-Commerce Experts will be transferred to being provided by Expandly. Don't worry, we're the same friendly experts behind the scenes, so all the existing trading terms will remain the same. However, Expandly is a SaaS software portal with a monthly, rather than annual subscription that can be applied to a credit card and collected automatically. This subscription will begin at the annual renewal date of your existing service contract (previously annual). You'll need to add card details to the Stripe link inside the Expandly portal to activate the service.
In this guide, we will explain how you can view and pay for the Quote that has been created on your account, for the active services you have with us.
Paying for Expandly Services
1. Log in to your Expandly account
2. Click on Promote (left navigation menu) and on the Promote & Expand page, then click Quotes:
3. On your Quotes page, you will be able to view any quotes that have been created on your behalf:
4. Within the
Actions column, click on the

icon, to view the quote details:
5. Review the quote to make sure that you are happy that this is correct. Any queries, please

6. When you are ready to proceed, click

7. On the Payment Details pop-up, enter your card details and once done, click OK:
8. Once card details have been added, you will be asked to read, confirm and sign the Service Agreements. Once this has been done, your subscription will be successfully set up:
Please Note: in order for you to proceed with reviewing and signing the agreement, your business address details will need to be added to Expandly. You can add this by clicking on Settings (left nav pane)>General Settings
Within the Company Information section, please add your full address details and once done, click Save.
