If you have obtained a DE WEEE registration number, you are required to provide a monthly WEEE report to Expandly. We will then file this report with the German authorities on your behalf.
This report is essential for ongoing compliance and environmental management obligations and you must report monthly on the total WEEE weights sold that you have placed across all sales channels in Germany.
Providing monthly DE WEEE Report
1. Expandly will reach out shortly after the 5th of each month, when the required report becomes available to download from Amazon Seller Central.

Step 4: Choose the relevant month
you wish to download
Step 5: Download the file in CSV
or TXT format
3. Once downloaded, please reply directly to the Expandly email requesting the report and attach the file - We will take care of the remaining submission process
Things to Note:
- The report becomes available in Amazon Seller Central from the 5th of each month
- Expandly must receive the report by the 15th of each month
- Reports received after the 15th will not be accepted by the authorities, which may:
- Jeopardise your DE WEEE registration number
- Result in late submission charges or penalties
