Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to refresh your Etsy token on Expandly
Refreshing your Etsy Token
1. Click Settings (left menu) and then click Sales Channels
2.On the Sales Channels page, you can see an overview of your sales channels/accounts
3. Find the Etsy sales channel/account and click the refresh icon within the Edit column
4. Sign in to your Esty account
5. Once this has been done, you will then be redirected to Expandly, where you will receive a message to confirm that the token has been successfully refreshed
Please Note: Once the Etsy token has been refreshed, you may with to carry out a manual import of sales orders, to bring any missing sales orders during the period that the token was revoked. Please see Support Guide below which will explain how you can do this on Expandly:
