There may be occasions where you have previously ended an eBay listing and on attempting to revise, update or relist the listing, this is not working.
This will happen if the listing has been ended and not relisted in a while, and as a result, eBay have completely removed the listing so you no longer have the ability to revise or relist this anymore. If this is the case, you will see the following page when attempting to access the listing link/ID:
In this guide, we will explain the correct process for getting these products back onto eBay, through Expandly.
1. Click Products & Listings (left menu)> Ebay and then click Manage eBay Listings:
2. Find the listing by selecting the applicable Account and then by using the search field or available filters:
3. From here you can access the listing by clicking on the EbayListingID. If this takes you to an error page on eBay, this will mean that eBay have removed the listing, and a new listing for the product will need to be created:
4. On the Manage Ebay Listings page, click on the product(s) and then within the drop-down (top right), select
to remove the listing from Expandly:
5. Once the link to the expired listing link has been removed from Expandly, the product will be available to list again. Click Products & Listings (left menu)> Ebay and then click List Products:
6. On the Ebay List Products page, find the product and from her you can add any required Category, Item Specific and Shipping information that will be required to successfully list the product to eBay again:
