Uploading products in bulk to your Expandly portal

Overview

If this guide, we will show you how to upload products to your Expandly portal in bulk, via a CSV upload.

1. Log into your Expandly portal

2. Go to Products & Listings > Products:

3. On your Products page, click 'Add Product' and then choose the 'Upload Products via CSV or TXT' option from the drop down:

4. On your Upload Products via CSV or TXT page, click  to download our compatible CSV file

5. Open the file and complete your Product information. Mandatory data to include at a minimum will be SKU and Title information however please feel free to provide as much product data as you wish, so this is available to you in Expandly

Please Note: If wishing to use our 3PL services we will reach out for a separate Product Upload Template to be completed, which is required for Warehousing Purposes. 

6. Once you have completed the file, save and return to your Expandly portal. On your Upload Products via CSV or TXT page, drop or select the file and once down, click 

7. Your products will then be in a queue to be uploaded to Expandly. depending on the number of products you are attempting to create, this should be completed in around 10-15 minutes. Once done, you products will be available to view on your Products page in your Expandly portal.
