EPR- Completing the German (DE) EPR POA

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to correctly complete the Power of Attorney (POA) required in order to proceed with your German EPR application.

Completing the DE EPR POA 

1. Expandly will send a copy of the POA once all required documentation has been received and your German EPR application has been submitted to the authorities. Below is an example copy of the POA you will receive:  

2. Please complete the following, on the German POA version:

Effective From Date - Date of completing the POA 

Place - where you are when the POA is completed 

Current Date - Date of completing the POA 
Signature - the signature of the named individual on the POA 

Company Stamp (if this is available) 
Please Note: This must be hand signed and scanned back. Digitally signed copies will not be accepted by DE

3. Once complete, please return the signed POA to Expandly, and we will forward it to the German authorities on your behalf.
