Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to view your pending eBay listings, via the eBay Listing Status page.
Viewing the eBay Listing Status page
1. Click Products & Listings (left navigation menu), eBay and then select Listing Status:
2. On the Listing Status page, you will see a list of the products you have attempted to list to eBay and their current status:
Pending - we are still in the process of attempting to list the SKU to your eBay account
Completed - the listing has been created and can be viewed via your Manage eBay Listings page
Failed - this will show any products you have attempted to list, which have been rejected by eBay. You can click on (within the Status column) to open the Error Details pop-up, which will show you the error(s) which have been returned from eBay when attempting to create the listing:
From here, you will be able to see what error are returning, and is preventing the product from being listed, and what action is required to rectify the error.
3. For any failed listings, once you have resolved the issues which were causing the errors to be returned from eBay, you can retry the listing by clicking the icon, located in the Action column. You are also able to retry listings in bulk too by selecting Bulk Actions>Retry Listing:
