My Amazon Account has been deactivated - how do I reactivate this?

Overview

There may be instances where Amazon deactivate your seller central account. This is standard practice for Amazon to temporarily deactivate sellers, where there has been a lack of selling activity. You would usually see this happen if you have no active listing, or stock in Amazon FBA.

Amazon will outline the steps you are required to take to re-activate the account within the notice/alert that you receive to advise that your account has been deactivated. We would recommend referring to this notice to confirm what these steps are? Typically it will include providing some KYC documentation, sending stock to FBA and/or activating an FBM listing, to prove your intent to sell.

If you are unsure of the requirements from Amazon, we'd suggest reaching out to your Amazon Account Manager to discuss further to see how the account can be reactivated.
