In this guide, we will show you how to Add & Manage your Mintsoft account within Expandly.
Before we can connect Mintsoft to your Expandly account, you will need to contact the Mintsoft Support Team and ask them for the following:
1. Click Settings (left navigation menu) and then click WMS:
2. On your Mange Warehouse Management System page, click (top right) and then on your Add WMS Provider page, click on the Mintsoft logo:
3. On the Warehouse Management System page, fill in all mandatory information:
Account Name - this is what you would like the WMS to be known as within Expandly
Static Key - the API Key provided from Mintsoft will need to be added here
Automatically Send Orders - If enabled, this will automatically push any orders imported in to Expandly, to your Mintsoft account
Please Note: We recommend enabling this once your Expandly set up is complete - please get in touch should you need any help with this
Order Export Time - from the drop-down, select the frequency in which you would like orders to be pushed to your Mintsoft account from Expandly:
4. Once done, click . This will then fetch your Warehouse and Courier details from Mintsoft and once synced, you will then have the option to set up:
Warehouses - from the drop-down, select your main/primary warehouse (if any warehouses have been added to Mintsoft since the account was added to Expandly, you can click to bring these in):
Couriers - we recommend leaving this set on the 'AUTO' option as this will then work dynamically based on courier and order rules set up within your Mintsoft account directly:
5. Once done, click :
6. Once Mintsoft has been connected to Expandly, every morning at 09.00am a stock sync from Mintsoft will be performed and updated in Expandly. If live inventory is enabled on Expandly (Configuring Live Inventory – Expandly: Help & Support), this will then trigger for your sales channel listing(s) quantities to be updated.

2. On your Manage Warehouse Management System page, click on the icon within the Actions column:
3. On your Warehouse Management System page, make the relevant changes and once done, click :

Every morning at 09.00am a stock sync from Mintsoft will be performed and updated in Expandly. You can however perform manual stock syncs at any time to update quantities within Expandly in accordance to stock levels held within your Mintsoft account:
1. Click Settings and then click WMS
2. On your Manage Warehouse Management System page, click on the icon within the Actions column:
3. On your Warehouse Management System page, click (top right)
There may be occasions where you wish to set up order rules within Expandly to allow certain rules based on a set criteria, to supersede your default Expandly/Mintsoft account set up (For Example, you may wish to set up rules for certain country orders to be sent to a different warehouse).
1. Click Settings and then click Order Rules:
2. On your Order Rules page, click (top right)
3. On your Add Order Rule page, complete the Rule Details, Criteria and Actions sections and once done, click (top right):
Please Note: If you do not wish to send certain orders to Mintsoft (the shipping country is not somewhere you ship, for example), you can determine this in your Order Rules.
Within the Actions section, you can select 'No' in the Send Orders drop-down. If 'No' has been selected, you will then see an option to tick the 'Notify Orders Not Sent' box and can then enter an email address so for any orders not sent, this will send an email to the address you have added:
When adding Mintsoft to Expandly, you have the option to automatically send orders. If this is enabled, this will automatically push any orders imported in to Expandly - to your Mintsoft account - at the defined export time frequencies.
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu), Sales Orders and then click Manage Sales Orders:
2. On your Manage Sales Orders page, find the order(s) you wish to send to Mintsoft by using the search field or available filters and click :
3. Once the order(s) have been returned, select by using the left-hand tick box, click and from the drop-down, select the
option:
4. On the WMS pop-up, select the WMS Account, Warehouse and Courier and then click :
5. The order(s) will then be in a queue to be sent to Mintsoft, and you can monitor the progress of this via your Manage Sales Orders page.
1. Click Sales Orders (left menu), Sales Orders and then click Manage Sales Orders
2. On your Manage Sales Orders page, within the Exported to CSV column, you can view the WMS status of your Orders:
Please Note: when sending orders to Mintsoft via Expandly, you will need to ensure that the SKUs associated with your products & listings, and which are importing alongside your orders, match what is set up on Mintsoft. If these are not the same, when we attempt to send the orders across to Mintsoft, they will be unable to find the product and errors will be returned.
