My label report marks my label as non-compliant - what are the next steps?

Overview

In this guide, we will explain the next steps to follow, should your label report mark your product label as non-compliant, in line with EU & UK regulations. For more information on how to view your label report, please click here

My label report marks my label as non-compliant - what do I do?

  1. Your label report will outline areas that are non-compliant, and need to be changed in order to satisfy EU & UK regulations
  2. For next steps, please click here
  3. Once all amendments have been made to your label, and you now believe this to be compliant in line with the advice provided in your product label report, a copy of the compliant label will need to be uploaded alongside your Responsible Person record for the product
  4. Once all required documentation - needed for RP - has been uploaded to your Expandly Portal, this will then be sent to our Compliance Team to review and approve. As part of the RP review, they will carry out a check of the compliant label you have uploaded, so this can be rechecked and approved during the RP process
Please Note:
  1. You are not required to re-upload the changes made to a label we have already provided a report for, to your Product Label Compliance page. You will simply be required to upload a copy to the RP record for the product, and the Team will perform the recheck at this stage.
  2. Should you wish for a re-check to be carried out prior to the RP stage of the process, this will result in an additional label credit being used or alternatively, in instances where you have no credits remaining, will be chargeable.
