EPR - Completing the French (FR) Packaging POA

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to correctly complete the Power of Attorney (POA) required in order to proceed with your French Packaging application.

Completing the FR Packaging POA 

1. Expandly will send a copy of the POA once all required documentation has been received and your French EPR packaging application has been submitted to the authorities. Below is an example copy of the POA you will receive:

2. Please complete the following, on the French POA version:
Date - Date of completing the POA 
Signature - the signature of the named individual on the POA 
Please Note: This must be hand signed and scanned back. Digitally signed copies will not be accepted by FR
3. Once complete, please return the signed POA to Expandly, and we will forward it to the French authorities on your behalf.
