What it is:
The Product Upload Template is an Excel file where you provide all details about your SKUs. This information is how we add your products into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
How to complete it:
All required fields highlighted in green must be filled in.
Some fields are mandatory only for certain product types (e.g., batch, expiry, and serial numbers).
Optional fields can be left blank if not applicable.

The Carton Data template captures information about the packaging and dimensions of your products. This data ensures your items are stored, picked, and shipped efficiently.

Supports cost control by ensuring storage and shipping charges are accurate
Improves operational efficiency by optimising warehouse handling
Ensures compliance with storage and transport regulations
Please complete the Excel file attached to your 3PL OnBoarding email, titled Carton Data and return it to your onboarding contact.
