Overview

When sending new products into one of our Warehouse facilities, in addition to the product information, it is also really important that we obtain and hold accurate carton data within our WMS (warehouse management system) 

Why do we require Carton Data?

To provide accurate shipping costs, efficient order processing, and a smooth fulfilment experience, we require up-to-date carton data for all products stored in our warehouse.

Carton data includes details such as carton dimensions, weight, and units per carton.

How does Carton Data benefit you?

Having carton data allows us to obtain precise courier quotes and select the most cost-effective shipping method. This helps prevent unexpected surcharges caused by re-weighing or dimensional weight adjustments applied by carriers.

When carton data is available in advance, orders can be planned and processed more efficiently. This reduces handling time, avoids delays caused by manual measuring, and supports faster dispatch—particularly during peak periods.#

We ask that carton data is provided during onboarding and updated whenever packaging, carton sizes, or product configurations change.
